It was a day full of food

Had my usual new years lunch, black eyed peas and collards.

Tried out my new stuffer:

Screwed it up and got it to dry. Ended up grinding stuffing and smoking 15 lbs of sausage, 22 lbs of burger, 19 lbs bacon burger, and about 20 lbs cooked off necks and shoulders I have yet to bag up. I was tired and got it all put away just before midnight.

No sir, I'm still a low life. But trying to learn how to make great sausage, lol. Still a ways to go and I have got to finish my smoker too!

Will post what I'm working with next trip to the camp. It's actually a commercial frig that we used to use for a meat cooler until the compressor grounded out this year.
