Smokers

So I got a nice electric smokehouse from bass pro shops for Xmas, anyone have any door ideas or recipes for a smokehouse? I'm obviously going to get a book or look some things up online but figured I'd ask around on here.

iove my electric smoker....i cook just about anything in mine...gives the best flavor and the meat is so moist and tender....one of my fav's is bacon wrapped loin....

take a piece of loin slice it thru the center...put cheese of your choice, jalipinos and onion in the center...wrap it with bacon....put it in smoker for about 2 1/2 hours and then get your tastebuds ready for an explosion of good eating...oh yea i put peperjack cheese in mine...hope you enjoy...

You can smoke, grill and bake with it. One great machine!

Regardless of what you do, the meat, veggies or whatever come out great!

I smoke with my Brinkmann grill, however, I just picked up a brinkmann smoker at walmart sunday..by chance I found the floor display unit in the back garden dept. with a discount sticker that said to put it out on the floor for $75...SOLD!..it is a cheaper electric one, but I will try it and see how it goes.
