How about a November 8 Friday check in

Recommended Posts

Have our muzzleloader season opening this weekend here.  Supposed to be coooold.  Letting Catrina hunt all she wants, sign looking like bucks should be pretty active.

Good luck and congrats  No luck here yet but headed back to camp tomorrow for three days then I’ll be headed back next week for a couple to hunt , clean up camp and drain the water off and take water pump out of the camp for the winter. My time is getting shorter , our commercial lobster season opens on November 25, so I’ll be out grinding on the Atlantic Ocean from that day on.

Catrina killed a nice buck with the muzzleloader this morning on her first sit.  Will have to let her post her story and pics.

Tell her ( Mike from Alaska trip ) said a huge CONGRATS  😁 Mike from Mi. I just remembered there was 2 Mikes there, lol.

I've been busy between work and hunting.  Work tomorrow then four days of trying to find a moose to hang my tag on before work on Saturday.  After filling my deer tag this morning I can concentrate on finding a bull for the last three weeks of the season.  Another cold front blew in this afternoon and temps will be in the single digits in the morning.  I'm hoping for snow to help in locating a bull because there hasn't been much luck otherwise.  I might just have to settle for tag soup if my luck doesn't change.
